Overview

Curated by African Adventure Specialists.

The Lemosho Glades Route is an exceptional and remote pathway to the Shira Plateau, offering an unspoiled, scenic ascent up Mount Kilimanjaro. This rarely used route provides a more secluded experience, accompanied by an armed ranger due to the surrounding forest’s wildlife presence. The climb can connect to the Western Breach route or continue along the Kibo South Circuit to join the easier Barafu route, offering both challenge and beauty.
