AAS 006 Kenya’s Hidden Treasures Safari

After a hearty breakfast, transfer to Wilson Airport for an early morning flight to Amboseli National Park. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to the Tortilis Luxury Camp, with an en-route game drive providing your first glimpse of wildlife. After lunch, enjoy an afternoon shared game drive, spotting elephants and other wildlife amidst the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Distance & Time: Nairobi to Amboseli Airstrip (~240 km, 4-5 hours by road)
Overnight: Tortilis Luxury Camp (Lunch, Dinner, Bed & Breakfast - LDBB)

Spend the entire day exploring Amboseli, with morning and afternoon shared game drives. Known for its large elephant herds, Amboseli also offers opportunities to see lions, cheetahs, and a variety of birdlife against the striking backdrop of Africa’s highest peak, Mount Kilimanjaro.

After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for your scheduled flight via Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to Samburu Intrepids Camp. After lunch, embark on your first afternoon shared game drive in the scenic Samburu and Buffalo Springs Reserves, home to the "Special Five" species.

Spend the day in Samburu National Reserve with morning and afternoon shared game drives. The reserve is famous for its arid beauty and unique wildlife, including Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, and Somali ostrich. Enjoy the tranquility of this untamed region and the comfort of your camp.

After breakfast, fly to the iconic Masai Mara Game Reserve, arriving in the afternoon and transferring to the luxurious Il Moran Governors’ Camp. After lunch, head out for an afternoon game drive, experiencing the wonders of the Mara's rich wildlife.

Overnight: Mara Engai Camp (LDBB)

Spend two full days in the Masai Mara, known for its spectacular wildlife and vast plains. You will enjoy shared morning and afternoon game drives, with opportunities to witness the Big Five, seasonal migrations, and more. Experience the Mara’s unique culture and wildlife while staying at Mara Engai Camp, nestled in a beautiful, secluded part of the reserve.

On the final day, after an early breakfast and game drive, transfer to the airstrip for a flight to Nairobi. Upon arrival, enjoy a delicious lunch at an exclusive private house before visiting the Giraffe Centre, home to the endangered Rothschild giraffes.
