Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our representative and transferred to your accommodation at the Kibo Palace Hotel. Take the evening to relax and prepare for the adventure ahead.
Overnight: Kibo Palace Hotel (Bed & Breakfast - BB)
After breakfast, you will embark on a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its ancient baobab trees and rich wildlife, including large elephant populations. Upon arrival, check in at the Tarangire Sopa Lodge for lunch, before setting out for an afternoon game drive. The lodge offers an ideal vantage point for observing the park’s diverse ecosystems.
Distance & Time: Arusha to Tarangire National Park (~120 km, 2 hours)
Overnight: Tarangire Sopa Lodge (Lunch, Dinner, Bed & Breakfast - LDBB)
Begin your day with an early morning game drive, capturing the beauty of the park as the sun rises. Return to your lodge for breakfast before setting out for another afternoon game drive, with the chance to spot wildlife unique to this area, such as the endangered kudu and cheetah.
Overnight: Tarangire Sopa Lodge (LDBB)
After breakfast, drive back to Arusha for a relaxing lunch in the town’s lively market atmosphere. Following lunch, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight home.
